Unfortunately, it is not a euphamism at all. If I had wanted to use such, I would have said something like “a nice piece of ass,” which is certainly more subtle.
Sorry you have not had a good “piece of Christmas goose” in a “while.” Perhaps a “trip” to “poultry.com” (wink wink) would “help!”
